Crime Stoppers is Offering a Reward in North Portland Murder

Portland Police and Crime Stoppers is offering a reward if you can help solve a murder in North Portland.  24-year-old Andrew Coggins Jr. was killed in a drive by shooting Monday afternoon near North Fessenden Street and Fiske Avenue. Police say although there were many witnesses in the area and at the scene, they are not talking to police.  

Investigators are asking for any information about this case to help identify a suspect or suspects in the shooting.  Even people with second-hand information is asked to share, that includes things seen on Facebook, Twitter or YouTube.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information, reported to Crime Stoppers, that leads to an arrest in this case, or any unsolved felony, and tipsters can remain anonymous.
