Reward for "Short Stack Bandit" conviction

Reward for

Portland Police Bureau and Gresham Police Department Robbery detectives, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, are asking for the public's help in locating the suspect known as the "Short Stack Bandit."

Detectives have been able to positively identify the "Short Stack Bandit" as 25-year-old Morgan Brice Williams. A Federal Grand Jury has indicted Williams for Bank Robbery and there is currently an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

Williams is believed to be responsible for multiple Portland Metro area bank robberies since October 2013.

Williams is a white or Hispanic male, 5'9" tall, 170 pounds, with short brown hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone seeing Williams should not approach him but should immediately call 9-1-1.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information, reported to Crime Stoppers, that leads to an arrest in this case, or any unsolved felony, and tipsters can remain anonymous.
